We're looking for enthusiastic Events Waitstaff to join the high-energy team at Sydney’s most iconic harbour-side venue.With unbeatable views of the Sydney harbour, Luna Park Sydney offers a spectacular canvas to deliver world-class events.

You will play a key role delivering service to our clients during a variety of events including immersive shows, conferences, cocktail parties and gala dinners. If you can deliver great customer service in a polished, fast-paced hospitality environment, apply today!

Availability to work on 31 December for our New Year’s Eve Harbour Party will be highly regarded.

This is a casual position paying $35.30 per hour . Successful candidates will be required to work a variety of shifts including evening, weekends, and public holidays.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working collaboratively in a high end, fast- paced environment with the Events teamto deliver smooth, well-executed service.
- Checking on guests during the event to ensure needs are met.
- Providing friendly and outstanding food and beverage service for events.
- Supporting setup, pack-down, and presentation of event spaces.
- Following hygiene, WHS, and venue policies.

To be considered for a role, you will bring:

- Experience in customer service, hospitality or events.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- A positive and friendly attitude towards guests of all ages.
- Capability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Qualifications & requirements:

- NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
- NSW paid employment Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
