We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Christmas Helpers to join us this season and make Christmas 2026 sparkle. Whether it’s decorating a Christmas tree, hanging a welcoming wreath or setting a festive table, you’ll help our customers create magical moments in their homes.

Immerse yourself in our enchanting Christmas displays, be inspired by our beautiful décor and decorations, and play a part in making the season special for our customers, and for yourself.

The stores in this location are:

- Bondi
- Broadway
- Randwick
- Sydney City

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR THIS CHRISTMAS?

Successful Christmas Helpers will be customer-focused, adaptable and thrive in a busy retail environment.



They will enjoy working as part of a team and be ready to jump in wherever they are needed most.

They will:

- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a love of beautiful homewares and all things Christmas.
- Bring positive energy, confidence and a can-do attitude to every shift.
- Provide engaging and efficient point-of-sale service.
- Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock and supporting visual merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.
- Have strong availability throughout the Christmas season and be available to work during our peak trading period from 14 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, including weekends and evenings.

Candidates with extensive availability across the festive trading period, including peak trading days such as Boxing Day, will be highly regarded.

For nearly forty years, Bed Bath N' Table has developed the latest international trends and established many of our own with our in-house Design and Development Teams. Most of the products in our stores are exclusive to Bed Bath N' Table and you won't find them anywhere else. We have every area of the home covered, sourcing high quality furnishings and decorator accessories, as well as entertaining and outdoor lifestyle products.
