We’re looking for an experienced, reliable hospitality all-rounder who can confidently work across barista, kitchen and customer service duties.
20+ hours available, with flexible rostering for candidates who may have another job. Think staff meals, discounts, performance bonuses and weekly pool sessions.
Barista Requirements:
- Confident operating an espresso machine and making quality coffee
- Positive knowledge and passion for coffee
- Experience with opening and closing
Chef / Cook Requirements:
- Confident preparing food in a fast-paced environment
- Robust focus on food quality, cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to maintain a clean and organised kitchen
All-Rounder Requirements:
- Friendly, energetic and reliable
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Comfortable chatting with locals and visitors
Australian work rights are required. Previous experience is essential. No sponsorship available for this position.
