El Jannah Glenelg is seeking an experienced casual temporary Shift Leader to help open Australia's first South Australian restaurant and build the founding team. On the floor, you'll lead from the front, drive service standards, and foster a positive, high-performing culture.

Working with the Restaurant Manager, you will mentor the founding crew, assist with recruitment and rosters, and ensure food safety, cleanliness and guest experiences as the business launches in SA.
