You’ll manage outbound service calls and dealing with inbound enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- You’ll liaise extensively with our clients, many of whom are elderly and come from multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
- As a Customer Support Officer, you’ll support and empower clients of all backgrounds.
- Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us.
- You’ll work daily with a computerised client data base and electronic appointment booking system.
