The Role….

Reporting to the Golf Pro Shop Manager you will be responsible for attending to all guests needs during their visit as well as daily operations of the retail shop and ensuring the guest achieves maximal satisfaction from their pro-shop experience. Duties will also include:

- Co-ordinating tee times and bookings
- Handling guest special requests,



issues and complaints in a pleasant and level headed manner
- Managing hire equipment/golf carts and retail shop sales
- Responsibility for the drinks/marshall cart
- Credit card/cash handling
- General administration.
- Coffee making

Hours and shifts are varied over a 7-day roster based on the operational requirements of the Golf Pro Shop. You will be required to be available to work any hours and days as requested.

You Are….
A positive, well presented and enthusiastic person who loves interacting with customers and the team. Ideally, you have experience in face-to-face customer service roles as well as an understanding of and passion for the game of golf.
