B2B Business Development Representative (Hospitality) - Entry Level

Ezy Clean Soak Tanks is a privately owned, family-operated Australian business providing specialised cleaning equipment and solutions to the hospitality industry.

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Business Development Representative to join our growing team and help expand our customer base across the commercial hospitality industry.

About the Role

x2 positions available. The role will involve a combination of regular face-to-face customer interaction, B2B sales, cold calling, lead follow-up and customer relationship management .

IMMEDIATE START

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers within the commercial hospitality industry.

Book and attend regular customer demonstrations or site visits.

Follow up leads generated through cold calling, marketing, referrals etc.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs.





Identify businesses that could benefit from an Ezy Clean Soak Tank.

Maintain accurate customer and sales information within our CRM.

Work closely with the operations and management team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of sales experience is favourable, not required

Confident speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

Motivated by achieving targets and making sales.

Can build rapport quickly with different types of people.

Comfortable using computers, email and CRM systems.

Can work independently while also contributing to a team.

Has a positive and skilled attitude.

Has a current Full Australian driver's licence.

Key Performance Indicators

New customers acquired.

Number of site visitations and outbound calls.
