As a casual Bobcat Operator at GLB Excavation Services Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our fleet of bobcat machinery to support our construction projects.

Key responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate bobcat machinery to complete a variety of tasks, including setting up mesh rubbish cage enclosures, back blading around concrete slabs, installing sediment barrier, installing gravel driveways, and completing builders site cleans

Perform manual labour including wheelbarrowing soil for back blades that have tight access

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards

Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Provide support and assistance to other team members as required





About you

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bobcat Operator in the construction industry

Proficient in the operation of various bobcat models and attachments

Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work

Current manual MR licence and white card

Own transport
