You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store like it’s your own.Key accountabilities :Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/ targetsMaximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product rangeEmbrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews/Facebook/InstagramM onitor stock levels and f ully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and reportComply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirementsYour experience:Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitudeExcellent verbal communication and written comprehension skillsAb le to work independently and as a member of a teamEnjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environmentRetail,
