Client Engagement & Lead Generation Consultant | Property & Finance | $35ph +

This is a phone-based client engagement role focused on starting quality conversations, identifying genuine opportunities and connecting prospective clients with our experienced property and finance team. This is not a high-pressure, script-heavy call centre environment. We're looking for someone who can communicate naturally, build rapport quickly and uncover genuine client needs through skilled conversation.

Key responsibilities

Making outbound calls to prospective clients and introducing our services

Having genuine conversations to understand their property and finance objectives

Recognising where our Buyers Agency or Mortgage Broking teams may be able to add value

Qualifying opportunities at a high level and arranging initial consultations with our senior advisers

Maintaining accurate notes, follow-ups and client information in CRM

Maintaining contact with prospective clients where appropriate and helping ensure opportunities aren't lost

About you

Confident on the phone and comfortable initiating conversations with people you haven't spoken to before

Able to build rapport quickly and establish trust and connection naturally





A great listener who asks good questions and genuinely listens to the answers

Commercially minded and able to recognise a genuine opportunity without being pushy

Resilient and comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next conversation

Organised and able to manage your time, follow-ups and CRM activity effectively

Professional, reliable and understand that every conversation reflects the Addisons brand

Background in sales, recruitment, hospitality, customer service, banking or another role where communication and relationships are important is beneficial but not required
