A hands-on Sales/Scheduling Coordinator role in a busy landscape supply yard, suited to someone who enjoys customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a small supportive team.

Key responsibilities

- Direct counter and point of sale customer service
- Scheduling deliveries and coordinating orders
- Loading customer trailers and delivery trucks
- Stock management and yard organization
- Assisting customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- General yard and retail duties as required

About you

- Previous experience in retail and/or sales
- Landscaping, building supplies, or general product knowledge
- Strong time management and scheduling skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a small team workplace




- A positive attitude and willingness to help customersHR Truck License required
- Forklift and/or Front-End Loader ticket advantageous but not essential
- Small, supportive team environment
- Monday to Friday only – no weekend work
- Option for fortnightly RDOs
