We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established local business that has built a strong reputation for quality custom framing, personalised service and helping customers bring their ideas to life.

We are looking for a Casual Custom Framing & Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

Previous framing experience would be fantastic - but it isn't essential. If you have strong customer service skills, an eye for detail, confidence working with measurements, and a genuine interest in learning the craft of custom framing, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: This role combines customer service, creativity, and hands-on framing .

You will:

- Welcome customers and understand what they are looking to create
- Help customers choose frames, colours, finishes and design options
- Provide creative and practical recommendations




- Accurately measure artwork and calculate dimensions
- Assist with custom framing and learn framing techniques
- Manage customer orders from consultation through to completion
- Help maintain an organised and welcoming showroom and workspace

We’re looking for someone with:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A genuine interest in framing, art, design or creative projects
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with measurements, dimensions, and basic calculations
- Positive practical problem‑solving skills
- A willingness to learn the technical side of custom framing
- A reliable and hands‑on approach

Applicants will need weekday availability and be available to work at least two Saturdays per month .
