Customer Service | Order Processing | Operations

Optique Line is looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Kew team in a full-time position.

This is a diverse, hands-on role combining customer service and administration with order processing, invoicing, stock handling and dispatch.

You will work closely with our customers, Account Managers and operations team to ensure enquiries are handled promptly and orders are processed accurately from receipt through to dispatch.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and web

Providing accurate product, pricing and availability information

Processing customer orders accurately

Converting sales orders to invoices

Converting quotes into confirmed orders

Supporting Account Managers with customer and order requirements

Picking, packing and dispatching frames from our Kew location

Checking products, quantities and order details prior to dispatch

Processing returned frames, including cleaning, checking and repackaging

Assisting with stocktakes and inventory accuracy

Maintaining accurate customer, order and stock information in our systems

Identifying and reporting stock or order discrepancies

Working with our warehouse, sales and operations teams to keep orders moving efficiently

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and confident dealing with customers

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Accurate with order processing and data entry

Comfortable using computer systems

Able to manage multiple priorities





Reliable and punctual

Proactive and willing to assist the wider team

Comfortable working across both office-based and hands-on operational tasks

Previous experience in customer service, order processing, administration or operations is preferred.

Experience with stock handling, warehousing or dispatch would be advantageous but is not essential.

A Varied, Hands-On Role

This is not a call-centre position.

You will be involved in the complete customer order process — from receiving an enquiry or order through to processing, invoicing, picking, packing and dispatch.

The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and likes seeing a task through from beginning to end.

This is a full-time position based in Kew, Victoria .
