We are seeking someone to undertake a Bendigo basedpart-time roleof ONCALL OFFICER to support our Bendigo & Mildura staff. This is an exciting opportunity to support local people living with a disability and their families.

RemunerationforOnCallwork will bein accordance withthe Recall Provisions of theSCHADs Awardcommencingat Level Three,whichwill include the applicableon callallowances and payment for time worked where applicable. For further information relating to theremuneration, please contact

Training will be provided along with a detailed induction.

Hours of work is one week on and one week off, Monday afternoon to the following Monday morning . The successful candidate will be required to pick up/ drop off the On Call phone/laptop every Monday from the Bendigo office and attend training/ meetings at the Bendigo office monthly.

The ideal candidates for this position will have:

- A relevant qualification and/orpreviousexperience working in a similar role, preferably within the Disabilitysector;
- Strong communicationskills, both verbal andwritten;
- Well-developed resolution and negotiationskills;
- High level competency with electronicsystems;
- Dedication to their job and their team; and
- Ability to problem solve,



manage risks and a professional attitude.

TheOn Call Officerwillbe responsible for:

- Providing immediate response,interventionand care to participants and Lifely staff outside normal businesshours;
- Undertaking duties in a self-motivated and professionalmanner;
- Monitoring on call performance and outcomes through the collection and analysis of service data and implement changes to the operation of theprogram;
- Ensuring the delivery of program services meets participant requirements and isin accordance withthe service agreements and programguidelines;
- Making a positive contribution to the wellbeing and development of participants of Lifely; and
- UpholdingLifely'smission, values,practicesand philosophies.

You must be willing to provide the following prior to starting work:

- Proof of Australian Citizenship or Work Visa (e.g., birth certificate, passport, visa, etc.)
