East Gippsland Shire Council is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact at the Omeo Service Centre. You will provide accurate information and assistance in person, over the phone and online, helping customers access Council and community services.

This casual role includes processing payments, responding to inquiries, and supporting library, visitor information and Centrelink Agency services, while keeping the service centre welcoming and well-presented.
