Peak trade is on the horizon, and we're looking for great people to join the crew at Rip Curl Terrigal.

If you’re keen to gain retail experience, pick up extra hours and be part of a team that lives and breathes surf and adventure, this could be your next Search.

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We're looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the crew from mid-November or December 2026 and support the team through to mid-January 2027.

To thrive during peak trade, You’ll need full and flexible availability is essential across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade and key trading periods.

As a Peak Casual Sales Assistant at Rip Curl, you’ll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create genuine customer connections
- Help customers find the right products and share your product knowledge
- Support the team during busy trading periods and promotional events
- Keep the store looking fresh, organised and ready for trade
- Assist with stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations
- Bring positive energy, flexibility and a team-first mindset to every shift
