About Key Assets
Our purpose is to achieve positive and lasting outcomes for children, families, and communities.
Key Assets was founded in Australia in 2007 and has grown to one of Australia’s leading non-government children and family services providers. We provide foster carer, family services and disability services. Operating across all states and Norfolk Island, our purpose is to achieve positive and lasting outcomes for children, families, and communities.
We strive to continue our work in developing an cutting-edge range of services for children and young people, while partnering with statutory bodies to understand and meet their unique needs, helping them to succeed.
Why work with Key Assets
Working with Key Assets is about more than just a job. Our people do so much to put children first, so we do all we can to support them. We value you as a whole person, not just ‘a worker’, and without you, we simply can’t do what we do. And without us, the people we support won’t get the care they need.
We welcome appropriately qualified and experienced people to carry out Casual Children and Young People Support for various regions across Sydney .

- Provide transportation and/or escort children and young people where necessary and appropriate.

About you
- Certificate III in Community Services, Youth Work or equivalent, or training in youth or social care is preferred.
- 2 years’ experience working directly with children/young people, including Teenagers, in the care system or other relevant field, both through individual and group work.

- Be well-organised and an excellent communicator.
