The Role

As aHousing Officer with Vinnies Housing, you'll work from ourRockhampton based office and be part of a supportive, state-wide team delivering compassionate housing services to people in need. You'll manage a small, focused portfolio that allows you to truly connect with tenants and help sustain long-term housing outcomes.

What you'll do:

- Build respectful, supportive relationships with tenants to help them sustain their housing
- Deliver day-to-day tenancy and property management services
- Support tenants who may be experiencing complex circumstances and connect them with appropriate services where required
- Collaborate with internal teams and local service providers




- Ensure tenancy and property compliance in line with relevant policies and legislation
- Connect tenants with appropriate support services to meet their individual needs
- Conduct tenants visits as required to provide ongoing tenancy and client support

This is aPermanent ,Part-time (20 hours per week) position, based inRockhampton .

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
