Reporting to the Head Chef, we have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Baker to join our team. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic hospitality environment. What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a baking, pastry, or commercial kitchen environment
- A genuine passion for baking and creating high-quality products
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- A sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products consistently meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Follow all food safety, workplace health, and hygiene procedures
- Assist with stock control, product preparation, and daily kitchen operations
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, Baking, or a related qualification will be highly regarded but is not essential for candidates with relevant industry experience.

Your Commitment

Flexibility is essential, as we operate in a dynamic 7-day‑a‑week environment, 365 days a year. As such, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support the needs of the business.
