Administration Officer– Pittsworth

The Prospect:

Hooper Accountants currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our growing Pittsworth Team.

At Hooper Accountants, you’ll work alongside a passionate and experienced team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to a diverse range of clients.

This role will include but is not limited to;

- Creating a positive relationships with clients
- Providing exceptional service to clients
- Liaising with directors, staff, clients and external parties to assist with general queries
- General Reception Duties
- Preparation of client documents
- Management and scheduling of client appointments
- Word processing and email correspondence
- Data Entry, lodgment management and liaising with the ATO
- General administrative duties including work in, client correspondence, filing and document management

Experience :

Experience in an administration role is favourable but not required
