We deal in all aspects of pumping, irrigation and water filtration and are a recognised leader in the pump and irrigation industry.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, confident, and enjoys taking ownership of their work.The Toowoomba store is looking for someone to take on all aspects of admin support for the branch. This includes supporting both the sales team and the workshop team.

Key responsibilities

Managing incoming calls, emails, and scheduling jobs

Assisting with invoicing, quotes, and purchase orders

Coordinating technicians’ daily schedules and service jobs

Maintaining records and compliance documentation

General office administration and customer service





Required Skills (Desirable but not essential)

Solid communication and organisational skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Previous experience in administration or office management (trade or construction industry preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Summary

You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the branch administration. You will be happy to dealwithcustomer enquiries and be computer literate.

This role could be school hours for the right candidate.
