THEOPPORTUNITY

There's a rhythm to our club. The 5am regulars who nod on theirway in, the ones who come up from Coles with their shopping stillin the car, the after-work crowd who've been looking forward tothis all day. Our Bicton club sits upstairs at Melville Plaza andwe know these people by name. We're looking for a casual MemberServices team member who'll love that as much as we do.

You'll be the first face members see, and you'll be the oneshowing people around when they come in wondering if this is theplace for them. That's the best part of the job. You get to be thereason someone finally joins, finally starts, finally sticks withit. You'll also keep the club looking sharp, because walking into aspace that feels great is part of why they keep coming back.

And there's a lot behind you. Viva Leisure is an ASX-listedAustralian health and fitness company and one of the biggest in thecountry, with more than 200 locations across eight brands includingPlus Fitness, Club Lime, World Gym, HIIT Republic, Zoo Fit, ClubPilates, GROUNDUP and Supp Society. You'll get real training andsupport from day one, and real places to go from here. Plentyofour club managers, area managers and head office team started rightwhere you'd be starting, at the front desk.

This is a casual opportunity with a flexible workingschedule.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;

We are looking for someone with:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain)
- Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness or retail sectors

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for allmembers, visitors, and recent joiners, including conducting clubtours and inductions
- Support membership growth by responding to enquiries,following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process tomaximise conversions
- Engage with members on the gym floor, assist with generalqueries, and promote additional services like personal trainingand group fitness




- Handle administrative duties including phone calls, membersfeedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalatingissues when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented club environmentby performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restockingsupplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supportingoperational and administrative tasks
