Our large wholesale nursery in Cornubia is looking for an experienced and passionate micropropagator & plant propagator to join our horticultural team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in either or both:

Plant propagation including sowing seed, deflasking tissue culture & producing plants from cutting. They will also have an solid understanding of plant care.

Micro propagation of plants in TC. They will also assist in the making plant tissue culture media & preparing recent plant initiations into tissue culture under sterile conditions.

The role will also require:





Implementing basic hygiene practices in both departments.

Monitoring plant health such as growing areas, checking moisture levels, understanding the weaning & grading process and identifying pest & disease issues.

Monitoring and managing lab and or propagation environments such as foggers and misters to control temperature, humidity, light and irrigation.
