Workshop Assistant / General Hand — Sydney

CNC Wheels is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Workshop Assistant / General Hand to help keep our Sydney workshop running smoothly.

This is a diverse role supporting our team with everyday tasks. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in doing things properly, and are happy to jump in wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Unboxing wheels, checking items, and packing orders for dispatch
- Collecting and moving stock for the workshop team
- Preparing wheels for painting and machining, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Cleaning and preparing wheels after machining
- Assisting with wheel repairs and other workshop tasks as directed
- Unloading deliveries and organising stock
- Keeping tools, work areas, and the workshop clean,



tidy, and safe
- Helping the team with other tasks as required

What we’re looking for:

- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and care when handling wheels and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Ability to safely handle physical tasks and manual work
- Initiative to spot what needs doing and lend a hand

No experience required—we’ll provide on-the-job training to help you learn the role. A helpful attitude and willingness to get involved are what matter most.
