About the Role:

As an NDIS Support Worker , you'll play acrucial role in helping individuals achieve their goals, maintaintheir wellbeing, and navigate the impacts of mental ill-healthwhile participating fully in their communities. Many of the peoplewe support experience fluctuating mental health, emotionaldistress, or reduced capacity at times, and require patient,consistent, and strengths-based support. Whether it's assistingwith daily living tasks or fostering opportunities for social andeconomic engagement, such as exploring & keeping a job, you'll bemaking a tangible impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting participants with daily living activities inline with their NDIS plans.




- Encouraging community participation and helping individualsbuild confidence in social and workplace settings.
- Providing person-centred care that respects individualchoices and aspirations, using recovery-oriented andtrauma-informed approaches.
- Collaborating with families, carers, and otherprofessionals to deliver holistic support, including mentalhealth and psychosocial supports.
- Upholding confidentiality, diversity awareness, and highprofessional standards, including appropriate boundaries andduty of care in complex situations.

What We’re Looking For:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate person whogenuinely cares about making a difference. You'll thrive in thisrole if you:

- Have a Cert III in Community Services, DisabilitySupport, Peer Work, experience working in MentalHealth or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
- Hold a current SA driver's licence .
- Have a DHS Working with Children Check and an NDISWorker Screening Check.
- Have experience providing community support, one-on-oneclient care, and working with individuals facing complexchallenges.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability tobuild meaningful relationships.




- Understand the NDIS framework and have knowledge ofdisability and mental health-related issues.
