The Role

We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide assistance with:

- Daily living and personal care including high physical support
- Community access and transport
- Skill building and independence
- Emotional support and companionship

You’ll be part of a team that values professionalism,

About You

- Are compassionate, patient, and respectful toward others
- Value inclusion and understand every person’s right to dignity
- Have experience or are completing qualifications in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services
- Hold (or can obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, First Aid & CPR, and Driver’s Licence
