CASPA Services Ltd is seeking a Therapeutic Care Worker to join our Therapeutic Residential Care Team in Townsville on a casual basis. The role focuses on trauma-informed care, delivering activities and supports to nurture emotional regulation, problem solving and social skills for children, young people and families.

The position requires availability for a 24/7 roster including sleepovers and weekends, with qualifications in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent and training prior
