Bike Mechanics Needed for E-Mobility Clients in Sydney!

We are on the look out for detail-oriented Bike Mechanics to assist our E-Mobility clients with operational compliance and safety standards across their vehicle fleets. This is a fantastic opportunity for mechanically minded individuals to expand their skills and gain hands‑on experience in a flexible, career‑building role. Full training is provided, so no prior e‑bike experience is needed.

Working in a collaborative team environment, you will play a key role in ensuring product line reliability, operational safety, and overall fleet availability. This flexible, ongoing position offers an excellent opportunity for mechanics looking to expand their hands‑on technical skills and broaden their industry experience.

Role: Mechanic

Locations: Sydney

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full time hours

Pay Rate: $33.85/hr + super

What You’ll Do:

- Ensure operational compliance and safety standards across the vehicle fleet.
- Perform a wide range of repairs, from routine maintenance to complex component replacements.
- Maintain strict safety, house‑keeping,



and operational standards within the workshop and warehouse environment.
- Maximize fleet availability by efficiently diagnosing issues and completing assigned repair tasks.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve fleet reliability.
- Safely handle equipment and operate material handling tools (e.g., pallet jacks, push carts) as required.

About You:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License (preferred).
- Relevant mechanical background or hands‑on experience in the automotive, transportation, or mechanical servicing industry is highly preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 kg on a frequent basis.
- Tech‑savvy with experience using mobile devices and app‑based workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow technical instructions and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- High adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to team success.
