We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Operations Administrator to support our FIFO Workforce Coordination, Remote Catering Operations, and Daily Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

This position is based in our Head Office in Bundall, Gold Coast.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the Workforce, Catering and Daily Operational Teams
- Coordinate travel, rosters and logistics for FIFO remote workforce
- Maintain accurate data across systems and bookings
- Support catering operations administration and supplier coordination
- Prepare reports, track documentation, and assist with compliance processes
- Liaise with remote site teams, managers and stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team

ABOUT YOU

- Experience or interest in AI efficiencies and systems (highly advantageous)
- Exposure to, or a strong understanding of FIFO and remote camp/village environments and operations (highly regarded)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office and systems
