What We’re Looking For

- At least 12 months relevant experience Experience in admin, accounts, or operations support (preferably in a fast-paced setting).
- Highly organised and detail-oriented You double-check your work and bring structure to every task.
- Strong communication skills You handle phone and email queries with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
- A proactive mindset You spot issues early and offer practical, effective solutions.
- A collaborative team player You contribute positively to team culture and support your colleagues.
- Tech-confident You’re comfortable with systems and quick to pick up current tools and platforms.
- Ambitious and growth-focused You’re looking for a stable, long-term role with genuine opportunities to grow.




- Saturday availability Some Saturday work will be required.
