We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Hairdresser to join our vibrant salon at JUST CUTS Midland Gate.
This role is ideal for a confident Senior Stylist who enjoys working on the floor while also looking to develop their leadership and management skills, with opportunities to progress into a Team Leader or Salon Manager position.

About the role
As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be an important part of the salon team, providing high-quality haircuts and styling while supporting junior team members and contributing to the smooth running of the salon.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional cutting and styling services.
- Supporting and mentoring other team members.
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Helping create a positive and professional salon environment.
- Assisting with daily salon operations.
- Supporting stock control and salon presentation.
- Helping motivate the team to achieve service, sales and client-retention goals.
- Taking on additional leadership responsibilities as you develop.
For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into a Team Leader or Salon Manager position.
About you
- Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Senior Hairdresser.
- Be confident and experienced with cutting and styling.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be professional, reliable and approachable.
- Enjoy supporting and mentoring other Stylists.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be interested in developing your leadership and management skills.
- Previous team leadership or salon management experience is highly regarded but not essential.
