Experienced Counterbalance Operator? We Want You!

Omni Recruit is currently looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Kemps Creek.

This is a hands-on forklift role where your main responsibility will be loading and unloading trucks, moving pallets and keeping freight flowing safely and efficiently.

If you're confident on a counterbalance, work safely and know how to keep up in a fast-paced setting, this could be the role for you!

The Role

Your main duties will include:

- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving pallets and freight around the warehouse




- Staging freight for dispatch and receivals
- Loading and positioning pallets safely and accurately
- General warehouse and manual handling duties
- RF scanning where required
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
- Following all site safety procedures and forklift operating standards

What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Previous warehouse, transport or distribution centre experience
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable transport
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
- Own PPE — steel-cap boots and hi-vis
- Full Australian working rights

A National Police Check is required for this position.
