Location

Uralla is a charming town located in the New England High Country of New South Wales, roughly 5 1/2 hours drive from Sydney, 6 hours from Brisbane and just over an hour from Tamworth. Nestled amidst picturesque countryside, Uralla is known for its historical significance and natural beauty. It is also considered the area's foodie capital, and the quaint streets are lined with boutique shops, quality cafes, and quirky little shops. Living in Uralla is like living with an extended family. We all know each other and look after one another.

The Role

We are seeking passionate, motivated, and ambitious Qualified Chefs to join our kitchen team.

Ourreputation at the Top Pub Uralla is grounded in the consistent quality ofour food and friendly service. Meals are served lunch and dinner, 7 days.

This is a hands-on cooking role,



with the successful applicants capable of producing high-quality food in a timely manner.

We are seeking Industry professionals who are:

- Trade Qualified
- Absolutely passionate about food
- Able to produce high volume meals.
- A good communicator who can add to the hotel's can-do positive culture.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to be calm under pressure and deliver quality meals to our customers.
- Sponsorship options available for the right candidates
- We don't offer staff accommodation however we are happy to put you up for a few nights until you can find local accommodation in town.
- $32.59 per hour plus superannuation, and penalty rates for weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Please note, this job does not count towards the 88 days specified work for WHV holders, however we do have sponsorship options available for the right candidates.
