This position will assist with the provision of, customer-focused, goal outcome home and personal care services that enables clients to continue to live safely and independently in their own homes.Services provided include Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Social Support and Respite. Previous experience or willingness to work within the Social Support Group will be highly desired.
