Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or Level 3

£27,000–£27,500 per year | 40 Hours per Week

Located in a charming building within a peaceful village setting, this nursery offers children a warm environment where they can feel settled and confident to explore. The rooms are thoughtfully arranged with carefully selected resources, giving children opportunities to investigate, create and make their own choices throughout the day.

The nursery combines the EYFS with Montessori-inspired principles, balancing purposeful learning with independence and child‑led exploration. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll use this approach to create meaningful experiences around each child's interests, development and individual needs.

Please note: due to the nursery's village location, you will need your own transport to reliably travel to and from the setting.

- Good understanding of the EYFS and child development
- An interest in Montessori principles and child‑led learning
- Confidence encouraging children's independence, curiosity and decision‑making
- A warm, patient and nurturing approach
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection

- Own transport due to the nursery's location

What You’ll Receive

- £27,000–£27,500 per year
- Discounted childcare
- Christmas closure
- Your birthday off
- Training and development opportunities
- Long service awards
