An Apprentice Plumber position based in Morisset, working across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter regions. You will work alongside experienced tradesmen in our plumbing and drainage teams, gaining hands-on experience across different stages of plumbing and construction. As your skills and experience develop, you will be given greater responsibility and the opportunity to work more independently.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with hot and cold water rough-ins
- Plumbing fit-offs and fixture installation
- Recent residential construction plumbing
- General plumbing and maintenance works
- Gaining experience on commercial projects
- Working alongside drainage teams and gaining experience in sewer and stormwater drainage
- Assisting with plumbing repairs and rectification works
- Working with site supervisors, builders and other trades
- Using ServiceM8, the job management system, to receive job details and complete job documentation

- Reliable, motivated and willing to learn
- Genuine interest in developing skills and becoming a quality tradesman
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to take direction from experienced plumbers
- Strong work ethic
- Previous construction or plumbing experience beneficial but not essential
