The position provides support to Diploma of Nursing students as well as TVET/SBT and mainstream Health Service Assistance students, assisting students to engage with their learning, develop their understanding of course concepts, and successfully progress through their studies.
Key responsibilities
- Working within a team of Nursing professionals, the Education Support Officer is supervised by the Head Teacher and is responsible for a range of activities that support learners and enhance the student learning experience.
- This role is primarily campus-based and requires attendance on campus three days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, to provide timely and effective support to students and the teaching team.
- Note: This role does not teach, prepare lessons or learning resources, deliver training, or undertake assessment.

What you need

- You will be technologically savvy with some prior demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and online meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams to be able to support students both face to face as well as via connecting platforms.
