We are looking for reliable and motivated people to join our powder coating team in Marcoola on the Sunshine Coast .

We currently have opportunities for:

- Experienced Powder Coaters

- Sandblasters

- General Labourers / Factory Hands

Previous powder coating or sandblasting experience is highly regarded, however experience is not essential for general labouring positions . We are happy to train the right people who have a good attitude and are willing to work.

The Work

Depending on your experience and position, duties may include:

- Powder coating aluminium and steel products

- Sandblasting and surface preparation

- Hanging and unloading products

- Masking and preparing items for coating

- Wrapping and packing completed work

- General factory and workshop duties

- Moving materials and preparing jobs for production

- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

- Assisting other members of the production team as required

We are looking for people who:





- Are reliable and turn up to work on time

- Have a strong work ethic

- Can work effectively as part of a team

- Are comfortable working in a factory setting

- Are physically capable of manual work

- Take pride in the quality of their work

- Can follow instructions and workplace safety procedures

For Powder Coater and Sandblaster applicants, previous industry experience will be looked upon favourably.

A forklift licence is also an advantage but is not essential.
