What started with our coffee has grown into a brand built around quality, community and connection . With our roastery in Burleigh and cafés in Tugun and our newest location in Robina, Willy’s Beans is entering an exciting stage of growth.

We’re looking for passionate and experienced Baristas, Head Baristas and a Café Manager to join our growing team and help bring the Willy’s Beans vision to life.

This is an opportunity to become part of a growing specialty coffee brand where great coffee, genuine hospitality and strong team culture come first.

About You

We’re looking for people who are passionate about coffee, take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy creating great experiences for customers.

Minimum 2 years' experience working with specialty coffee

Strong understanding of espresso, extraction and milk techniques

Excellent attention to detail and consistency

Confident working in a busy, fast-paced café environment

Passionate about customer service and creating genuine connections

Reliable, positive and a solid team player

Willingness to learn, grow and develop your coffee skills

In addition to the above:

2–3+ years' specialty coffee experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to lead by example and maintain consistently high coffee standards





Experience training and mentoring baristas

Strong understanding of café workflow and day-to-day operations

Ability to build a positive team culture and deliver exceptional service

In addition to the above:

Proven experience managing a busy café or hospitality venue

Strong operational and organisational skills

Experience managing staff, rosters, stock and day-to-day operations

Confident communicator with strong leadership skills

Experience with POS systems — Square/Shopify preferred

Basic understanding of P&L;, wage costs and café profitability

Strong focus on customer experience, team culture and operational excellence

For all positions:

Food Safety certification and RSA must be obtained within 3 months of commencing the role

Australian working rights are required
