We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our Brisbane team on a full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team where you'll play a vital role in coordinating medical appointments, managing customer enquiries, and supporting the delivery of occupational health services.
The Role
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support within a fast-paced call centre environment. You will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments, managing inbound and outbound communications, processing medical assessment results, and maintaining accurate records within internal systems.
Working closely with clients, candidates, clinics, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure bookings and results are managed efficiently, meet service level expectations, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls with clients, candidates, and clinics.
- Respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor bookings and ensure requests are actioned within agreed service timeframes.
- Request and follow up documentation required to finalise bookings and results.
- Liaise with clinics to ensure medical assessments are completed and results are returned promptly.
- Review and process pre-employment medical results.
- Ensure results are accurately and efficiently communicated to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and complete data entry with a high level of attention to detail.
- Monitor call queues and support KPI achievement for productivity and service quality.
- Assist with costing and invoicing processes where required.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, clinics, and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate customer, supplier, or clinician concerns when appropriate.
- Support administrative activities across the department as required.
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service, administration, or call centre experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
