You will provide expert legal advice, representation and case management, including in complex and sensitive matters, in accordance with Legal Aid NSW policies, standards and strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- As Practice Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients across the Broken Hill region, ensuring access to justice for some of the community's most vulnerable members.
- In this pivotal leadership role, you will supervise, mentor and support legal staff, fostering a team-oriented and high-performing team culture.
- You will play a key role in driving service excellence, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to Legal Aid NSW's mission of helping clients resolve their legal problems and achieve fair outcomes.
