NBN Co Ltd actively seeks a Business Change and Readiness Lead to drive end-to-end change initiatives for Australia’s Field Services. You will assess impacts, develop integrated plans, and coordinate delivery across project and operational teams.

You will tailor frontline communications that suit remote, shift‑based, depot‑based and partner teams, including those with limited email access. A bachelor’s degree is required, and change/communication qualifications are desirable.
