What you need

- Strategic Leadership and Resource Management - Demonstrated ability to lead business operations and effectively manage human, financial, physical and technological resources to achieve organisational objectives and operational outcomes.
- Financial and Business Management Expertise - Experience in financial planning, budget development, resource allocation, contract management and business performance monitoring, with the ability to apply contemporary business management practices to improve organisational effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management - Proven ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, provide high-level advice, and represent the organisation professionally in a range of forums and partnership arrangements.
