The role requires autonomy, sound judgement and a proactive approach to inputs, actions and approvals to ensure timely decision-making.

You will prepare agendas, minutes and submissions, maintain governance records, and drive continuous improvement of governance frameworks and reporting processes in a fast-paced workplace.
