Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to generate CNC Programs and define and develop manufacturing methods.

Job Description

- Define and developmanufacturing methods and processesto meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.
- Designfixturing and work-holding solutions, supporting assembly and implementation.
- GenerateCNC programmesand support machining programme and tooling prove-out.




- Work with tooling suppliers to identifycost-effective and advanced tooling solutions.
- Collaborate with Machine Shop, Sub-Assembly and Inspection teams toidentify and resolve technical issues

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

- Extensive experience programmingHyperMill and Vericut, including complex simultaneous5-axis machining.
- Well-versed working in a highly regulated, precision manufacturing industry, ideally within automotive, aerospace or motorsport.
- Excellentanalytical, problem-solving and continuous improvementskills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience programmingturning and mill-turn machining centreswould be advantageous.
