Our client is a leading mobile vehicle repair organisation seeking an experienced Zone Manager to take ownership of the safe, efficient and profitable operation of an assigned zone.

This is an exciting opportunity for an automotive leader who combines strong people leadership, commercial acumen and operational expertise and wants to make a genuine impact.

The Prospect

Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead mobile and workshop operations across your zone, with accountability for sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, productivity, safety and team performance .

You will be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of automotive technicians and support staff.
- Driving sales, profit, productivity and operational performance against agreed KPIs.
- Managing the day-to-day allocation and coordination of jobs and resources.
- Ensuring technicians are trained, equipped and supported to deliver quality work.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Managing customer enquiries and complaints while driving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring labour and parts margins, productivity and other key performance measures.




- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance and customer outcomes.

About You

You are a confident and commercially focused leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. You know how to engage people, solve problems and turn performance targets into results.

You'll ideally have:

- 3+ years' experience managing and leading teams , preferably in automotive, fleet, mobile service or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing commercial and operational KPIs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and develop people.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with senior leadership.
- A current unrestricted driver's licence.
