Role Description
This is a full-time, Project Manager role based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of digital and electrical infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors, managing logistics and materials, and ensuring work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves engaging with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements,
provide progress updates, and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned, optimising processes, and contributing to future-ready project capability.
Qualifications
- Robust project management skills, including Project Management and Estimating, with experience leading complex, multi-site projects.
- Experience in procurement, delivery, and coordination of materials and services.
- Inspection experience to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or trade background in electrical, telecommunications, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in mission-critical or infrastructure environments; familiarity with ISO-certified management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to work in the Greater Melbourne Area and travel to project locations as required.
