Position Descriptor: Christies Beach High School is undertaking a significant redesign of its Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) and trauma-informed practices, integrating PBL with the Berry Street Education Model (BSEM) to establish a highly coherent, relational and evidence-informed approach to behaviour, engagement and learning. This work will strengthen Ready-to-Learn practices, co-regulation, repair, re-entry, explicit routines and consistent whole-school approaches. The position requires expert-level knowledge and demonstrated capability in BSEM, trauma-informed practice and behaviour systems, with responsibility for translating this expertise into sustainable school-wide practice through strategic leadership,



qualified learning, coaching, implementation monitoring and continuous improvement.
Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
