You will work with stakeholders across the department to identify opportunities, develop solutions and deliver initiatives that strengthen performance, improve processes and support better service delivery.In this role, you will:- Lead and manage projects from planning through to delivery.- Develop business plans, project plans and operational strategies that support organisational priorities.- Analyse complex information and provide strategic advice to support well-informed decision-making.- Design and implement performance measures, tools and reporting frameworks that improve business outcomes.- Prepare high-quality briefings, reports and recommendations for senior leaders.- Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.- Identify risks,



resolve issues and support continuous improvement across programs and operations.- Represent the team in meetings, working groups and forums, presenting information and influencing outcomes.To be successful, you will bring strong project management skills, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.
