Estia Health is seeking a Health and Safety Business Partner to ensure a safe, healthy workplace across its homes. This hybrid role involves travel to Brisbane and the Gold Coast three days a week, partnering with local leadership to deliver evidence-based risk reduction and improved safety performance.

You will provide specialist advice, trend analysis, and strategic direction on complex claims while promoting a robust safety culture and compliant operations across Queensland, NSW, SA and VIC.
